We may process technical logs (IP, User-Agent, path, time) to run rate limits, two-factor unlock, and keep the desk up. Sign-in with X, if used, receives the account the OAuth provider shares. We do not ask for Coinbase keys, seeds, or Yubi secrets. Optional gifts (BTC/USDC) are on-chain and public; we do not need your identity to receive them. BYO xAI keys, if pasted in the /compute dialogue, stay in that browser session and are used only for that Ask Grok call — they are not stored as a vault, not written to disk, and not sent to /api/agent/*. Claude / GPT / Gemini / Apple Intelligence keys stay on the visitor's machine. This host never hosts visitor VPN, SSH, extra RPC, or source. Board tokens are hashed competitor keys. LoCK3D STATUS public snapshot at /l0ck and GET /api/agent/locks shows lock GIFs and desk mode without credentials. Public Polymarket and Kalshi bitcoin odds are fetched server-side for the live-tape display only — no visitor betting identity is collected. Intrusion, probe, and reverse-engineering attempts are logged for security and possible prosecution.

No bot, AI agent, crawler, or automated system may retain S1R1US.ai system information, internal capabilities, unpublished endpoints, operator identity, or non-public tape beyond what is required to display a single public 7-B0T call. No bot may steal source code, clone the desk, scrape internals, or reverse engineer this open-source software without prior written authorization from S1R1US.ai. This live website does not offer a source pack, zip, or archive for download. The public tree, if any, is GitHub under Apache-2.0 where stated — that is not a license to reconstruct operator vaults, YubiKey flows, Coinbase keys, admin panels, or unpublished internals. Failure to comply violates the Terms and the Privacy Policy and is unauthorized access. Any attempt to steal, clone, scrape internals, or reverse engineer this system without authorization is logged by the system and may result in a civil lawsuit, criminal charges, or both, under applicable law.

The public GitHub tree is Apache-2.0 where stated (https://github.com/S1R1US-AI/S1R1US-LABs). That license is not permission to steal unpublished source, to reverse engineer internals, or to retain system information for cloning the desk. Operator vault, YubiKey ceremony, Coinbase book, admin routes, and unpublished capabilities stay private. Attempts are logged. Use without S1R1US.ai authorization is a violation of the Terms and this Policy and may result in a civil lawsuit, criminal charges, or both.

System Admin unlock is two-factor by design: official X @_Mr_R0b0t0_ AND admin name + password, plus two physical YubiKeys (primary + backup). Optional FIDO2 WebAuthn (Yubico UV-required) and TOTP. Copy-admin at /app/admin is a device-bound session (HMAC, 12h) with mandate — it is not system 2FA and cannot enroll host Yubi. Board tokens are hashed competitor keys, not 2FA. Attempts to probe, reverse engineer, or hack are logged and pursued.

The iOS and Google apps are the same education PWA. Native App Store and Play listings, when submitted, wrap that PWA. They are not a casino, sportsbook, or real-money gaming product. SP1CE UP is notional paper (cap $100) and this host never escrows funds — Apple Guideline 5.3 real-money gaming and Google Play gambling policies do not apply because no real money is wagered here. Contests of skill (paper bitcoin accumulation) disclose official rules on /bowl and /faq#super-bowl; Apple and Google are not sponsors. Cryptocurrency wallets are self-custody on the user's device (Apple 3.1.5(i) wallets — organization listing when native). This app does not mine, does not operate an exchange, does not sell tokens in-app, and does not unlock features with crypto (Apple 3.1.1 / 3.1.5). Optional gifts (Buy M3 a Cup of C0FF33) are collected outside the app (Safari / on-chain), never via in-app purchase. Highly regulated financial services, if ever offered live, will be submitted by a legal entity with counsel — not as live Coinbase create inside a consumer listing. Users must not use the app in any jurisdiction where that use is unlawful. Seek a licensed attorney and a licensed financial professional before live trading.

We do not sell personal data. Hosting, DNS, auth, and analytics vendors may process technical logs as needed to serve the site. On-chain gifts are public by design. We may share logs with law enforcement when required or when investigating unauthorized access.

Technical logs are kept as needed to run rate limits, two-factor, and the WAF. Waitlist stores name, kind, mandate, and optional X handle — no emails. Bots may not retain system information.
